Add the requested responsible-disclosure acknowledgment to the changelog. Fix release-note extraction so it skips the separator under the version heading and includes the release section, with a regression test in CI. This credits @KHr00t as the reporter, not as a code co-author.

Thanks to @KHr00t for responsibly reporting the security issues addressed in LogAnalyzer 5.0.2. This follow-up adds reporter credit to ChangeLog, fixes release-note extraction so the full version section is included, and adds a regression test wired into CI. Attribution is as reporter, not co-author.
